Whether it is a co-worker, recipient of services, friend, family member, or stranger, this training teaches you how to cast aside preconceived notions and the need to fix them, enabling you to keep calm and connect with individuals, even those experiencing an emotional crisis.
Keep Calm and Connect is designed for clinical staff, direct service workers, educators, law enforcement, and medical professionals, but is simple and can be used by anyone. It helps you to improve relationships at work and at home and gives you tools to avert crises when situations get hard. It takes the guesswork out of Trauma-Informed Care.
