Peer delivered services in behavioral health, addiction recovery, and chronic disease management are the way of the future. If you don't have peers working within your programming, you are at a deficit. 

Peers create safety, increase engagement and promote higher treatment outcomes for participants. Peers also have a unique eye for service gaps because they have used services, and they hear honest reviews from the people they work with. Patrons are more apt to be honest with a peer about holes in our systems, helping our agencies create a quality assurance process, that enables our processes to always grow and develop.
